Privacy

The short version: an email address if you give us one, and anonymous counts of what happens on the site. Your membership card and grievances stay in your browser.

We collect as little as we can. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising cookies on this site.

What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us, along with the form you used and what was in your cart.

Order details, if you place a deposit. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and order details, and never your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Basic visit counts. We count page visits and steps such as adding to cart, using a random ID that lasts for your browser session and isn't linked to your name or email. We also record your country and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

To process your order, to tell you about your order and the product launch, and to understand what's working on the site.

Who sees it

Our service providers: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores this data, Stripe handles payments, and Google Workspace handles our email. We'd also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Email alex@granqworks.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
